1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Vestig (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SARL Pitsana, a French company registered in France.
2. Description of Service
Vestig is a habit tracking application designed to help users build sustainable habits through identity-based tracking, smart routines, and behavioral psychology.
- Free Version: Basic habit tracking, limited features
- Premium : Unlimited habits, advanced analytics, smart routines, Apple Health, friend accountability
3. Premium Subscription

Auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4. User Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The App and its original content are owned by SARL Pitsana and protected by international intellectual property laws.
11. Limitation of Liability
SARL Pitsana shall not be liable for any indirect damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of France. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
