How do I create a habit?
Open the Home tab and tap +. Choose a role, time, and (optional) a "Why it matters" goal.
How do I start a routine with a timer?
Go to Routines, pick a routine, then tap Start. Progress appears as a Live Activity on your Lock Screen.
How do friend codes work?
Open Account > Friends to copy your code and add a friend's code.
Where is my data stored?
Vestig uses your personal iCloud account (CloudKit) to sync habits and routines across Apple devices.

Troubleshooting
iCloud sync (CloudKit)
- Check iCloud Drive is enabled
- Same Apple ID on all devices
- Relaunch Vestig if data appears missing
