Terms and Conditions

By downloading, installing, or using Usum (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SARL Pitsana, a French company registered in France.

Usum is a daily questions app for couples on iOS. It allows two partners to answer the same thoughtful question each day, with simultaneous reveal of answers.

You must be at least 17 years old to use Usum. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Usum uses Sign In with Apple exclusively for authentication. No email-based account creation is required or offered. You are responsible for the security of your Apple ID account.

Each account can only be linked to one couple at a time. You agree to:

• Not use Usum for harassment or abuse of any kind
• Not share illegal, threatening, or harmful content
• Not attempt to circumvent the app's security measures
• Respect your partner in all interactions

Usum is currently free during the testing phase. V1 pricing will be announced before launch:

Auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You retain ownership of all answers you write in Usum. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. Daily questions are the property of SARL Pitsana.

Usum is not a substitute for couples therapy, marriage counseling, or any other mental health service. The app is designed to encourage communication and mutual discovery, not to treat relationship problems.

The App and its original content (including daily questions) are owned by SARL Pitsana and protected by international intellectual property laws.

SARL Pitsana shall not be liable for any indirect damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of France. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
