1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Rappelia (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SARL Pitsana, a French company registered in France.
2. Description of Service
Rappelia is a flashcard study application with spaced repetition designed to help users learn and retain knowledge effectively.
- Free Version: Study sessions, deck creation, basic analytics
- Premium : Unlimited decks, AI card generation, advanced analytics, friend leaderboards
3. Premium Subscription

Auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4. User Content
You retain all rights to the content you create (decks, cards, notes). Your content is stored locally on your device and synced via your personal iCloud account.
5. Artificial Intelligence
Rappelia uses Apple's FoundationModels framework for AI features. All processing runs entirely on your device. No data is sent to external servers.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The App and its original content are owned by SARL Pitsana and protected by international intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
SARL Pitsana shall not be liable for any indirect damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of France. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
