Introduction
SARL Pitsana ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Layrd mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our App. Layrd is built around one core principle: your data stays on your device.
On-Device Processing
Important: All data processing in Layrd happens locally on your device. No personal data is sent to external servers. Data packs, privacy profiles, and prompt templates are created and stored entirely on your iPhone.
Data Sources
Layrd requests read-only access to the following data sources on your device:

You control which data sources Layrd can access via iOS Settings. You can revoke access at any time.
Privacy Profiles
Layrd offers privacy profiles that let you control exactly what information is included in your data packs. You can redact:
- Locations and GPS coordinates
- People names and contacts
- Notes and descriptions
- Workout routes
Privacy profiles are applied before export, ensuring only the data you choose to share is included.
Analytics Data
Layrd uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (Google) to collect anonymous usage data and crash reports. These services are conditionally initialized only when the GoogleService-Info.plist file is present.
Important: Analytics data is fully anonymous and contains no personally identifiable information. No health, calendar, or reminders data is ever sent to analytics services.
No Tracking, No Commercial Collection
We do NOT collect your personal data for commercial purposes.
- No advertising tracking
- No selling data to third parties
- No user profiling
- No data collection on remote servers
Data Deletion
All Layrd data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app removes all Layrd data. There is no data on our servers to delete.
Your Rights
- Access: All your data is visible directly within the app
- Portability: Export your packs in JSON, CSV, or Markdown
- Delete: Uninstall the app to remove all data
- Control: Revoke permissions at any time in iOS Settings
Children's Privacy
Layrd is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
